Do I need to install any software?
No, our tool is 100% web-based. You can create diagrams directly in your browser without downloading anything.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply click on your email address at the top right of the screen and select "Manage Subscription". This will take you to the Stripe billing portal where you can easily manage or cancel your plan.
What happens to my cloud projects if my membership expires?
Your saved projects will not be deleted. You can still open and view them, but you won't be able to save new changes to the cloud. You will need to resubscribe to save and edit cloud projects again.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a global leader in payment processing. We do not store your credit card information.
Can I use the tool on my iPad or smartphone?
Currently, our tool is optimized for desktop and laptop computers (mouse and keyboard). Mobile and tablet support is not yet available.
Can I share my cloud projects with others?
At the moment, cloud projects are private to your account. We are working on collaborative sharing features for future updates.
Can I switch from a Monthly to a Yearly plan later?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Just click your email at the top right, select "Manage Subscription" to enter the Stripe portal, and switch to the Yearly plan to get the 33% discount.
How does the cloud save work?
Once you have a Membership, simply click the 'Save' button in the editor. Your diagram will be securely stored on our servers, and you can open it from any computer by logging into your account.
